The changes to the Employment Act 1955 (effective January 2023) and amendment to the First Schedule have changed the framework of employer and employee relationship, rights

and obligations. It is imperative to have full clarity on the right applications of the Employment Act and on the implementation and the process handling of employee’s rights and disciplinary issues within the context of the latest changes and updates.
