Practical HR Workshop: AI Strategies for Recruitment, HR Operations, and Learning & Development

Wed 6 May

1 Day (9.00am to 5.00pm)

Venue: Petaling Jaya

Course Overview

This intensive two-day workshop bridges the gap between AI theory and practical HR application. Participants move beyond generic prompting to build grounded, secure AI systems using an enterprise-grade Google AI toolkit — ensuring that sensitive organizational data stays within a protected knowledge environment while dramatically reducing manual administrative workloads.

Central to this program is the "Power of Two" strategy — pairing Gemini (reasoning and drafting) with NotebookLM (grounded, cited knowledge retrieval) to deliver AI outputs that are accurate, compliant, and ready for immediate workplace use.

Learning Objective

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Initialize an "HR Brain" — Ground AI in company-specific handbooks and policy documents for instant, cited knowledge retrieval that replaces manual document searches.

2. Engineer Specialized "Gems" — Build custom AI assistants that maintain consistent professional behavior for recurring HR tasks, democratizing AI skills across the team.

3. Automate Recruitment Workflows — Streamline CV screening and generate personalized, high-touch candidate engagement materials aligned with company culture.

4. Conduct AI-Driven Skill Gap Analysis — Synthesize performance reviews and survey data into formal, strategic L&D plans with measurable development outcomes.

5. Generate Multi-Modal L&D Content — Produce study guides, podcast scripts, infographics, and assessment quizzes directly from internal training materials.

6. Build an Integrated AI-HR Portal — Deploy a unified NotebookLM hub capable of serving as the single source of truth for HR queries, reports, and compliance tasks.
