The NCS-TTT (National Competency Standard - Train The Trainer) program, specifically standard NCS-004:2017, is a 5-day intensive certification course regulated by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) under Malaysia's Ministry of Human Resources. It is a requirement for trainers in the TVET ecosystem and allows for HRD Corp TTT exemption. The program is structured into four core competency units, typically delivered over five days of training plus an assessment:
