Introduction

Clear and effective communication is one of the most critical leadership skills — yet it’s often the most overlooked. Many communication challenges stem not from a lack of intention, but from a lack of awareness: how managers’ natural styles, emotional reactions, and leadership approaches impact how messages are sent and received. This two-day program is designed to help managers develop deeper self-awareness, understand their team members’ communication needs, and adapt their approach to be more clear, supportive, and motivating. By using different lenses, managers will walk away with practical skills to build trust, deliver impactful feedback, and communicate in a way that drives results and engagement.
