Introduction
Conflict is a natural part of organisational life, especially when leaders work across different priorities, personalities, functions, and expectations. When handled poorly, conflict can damage trust, slow decision-making, weaken teamwork, and strain stakeholder relationships. When handled well, it can lead to better understanding, stronger collaboration, and more constructive outcomes.
This programme is designed to help leaders understand the nature of organisational conflict and respond to it more effectively. Participants will gain practical insight into the types and sources of conflict, how to analyse conflict situations, and how different conflict styles influence outcomes. The programme also explores social styles, unconscious biases, and practical strategies that help leaders manage difficult situations while maintaining stronger workplace and stakeholder relationships.
Through facilitation, self-assessment, activities, and case-based discussions, participants will build greater awareness, improve interpersonal effectiveness, and strengthen their ability to resolve conflict with confidence and professionalism.
