Introduction

This ISO 9001: 2015 training provides participants with an overview of the Quality Management System structure and requirements including organisational context, risk-based thinking, leadership commitment, planning, support, operational control, performance evaluation and improvement as set out in the International Standard. This course will raise the awareness of participants to understand ISO 9001 Management System requirements and the roles and responsibilities of both management and employees to ensure an effective implementation of the system. This training course is designed to meet the requirements of any organization implementing the Quality Management system based on ISO 9001:2015 international standard.

Training Objective

• To enable delegates to understand ISO 9001:2015 structure & requirements.

• To enable the delegates to understand key concepts in Quality Management System based on ISO framework and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.

• To enable the delegates to plan, implement & manage Quality Management System in the business processes in accordance with the principles & guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 standard.

• To understand the rationale and the foundation of the standard to Identify area for improvements and ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001 QMS requirements.

• To create the path or journey for the development and enhancement of the company’s integrated management system.

ISO Committee, Management, executive and supervisor in the company within the scope of Quality Management System.

Clauses 1,2,3 – Scope, Normative References, Terms & Definitions (Workshop 1)

Clause 4: Context of the organization / ISO 9001:2015/Amd 1:2024 (Climate action changes)

Workshop 2 – Determine Internal / External Issues & Interested Parties needs and expectation

Clause 5: Leadership

Clause 6: Planning (Workshop 3 – Risk & Opportunities Assessment)
