Introduction

To support Hexatech Engineering in beginning its Sustainability Report preparation in a cost-effective manner, Impact Volution will provide a condensed one-day training programme focused on the fundamentals of ESG reporting using the CSI Solution platform. This streamlined engagement is designed as an introductory enablement session, rather than a full reporting implementation mandate.

Objectives 

This 1-day programme aims to: 

• Provide Hexatech Engineering with foundational understanding of the CSI Solution reporting structure

• Introduce key ESG data categories required under Bursa Malaysia sustainability disclosure expectations 

• Guide internal teams on basic platform navigation, indicator input, and report workflow awareness 

• Equip the company with the capability to continue ESG data population internally following the session

Methodology 

Impact Volution will facilitate a focused, hands-on walkthrough session with relevant personnel. The programme will include live demonstrations, guided practice, and Q&A support to ensure participants understand the essential steps in using CSI Solution for sustainability reporting. 

Content / Deliverables

The one-day CSI Solution session will cover: 

• Introduction to CSI Solution platform and reporting modules 

• Overview of ESG indicator categories and disclosure structure 

• Demonstration of basic ESG data entry processes 

• Guidance on integrating key environmental metrics (including GHG-related f ields) 

• Walkthrough of report generation features (basic draft output) 

• Practical discussion on next steps for internal continuation
